Age Restrictions
All drivers must be over 21 years of age.
Surcharges
Drivers 21 - 25 years of age = 20 Euros per day. (Max 200 Euros)
All drivers must hold a valid National driving licence and have done do for at least one full year prior to a rental. An international driving licence is not required, but is recommended.

Cheap Car hire in Nice - One Way Rentals
International one-way rentals are not permitted.
Domestic one-way rentals are free of charge within France, however the following exception applies.
All one-way rentals, either to or from Monte Carlo are charged at 180 Euros inc. Tax.
Cross Border Traffic
Cars may be allowed into Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal & Italy, up to car group SDMR only. It is the responsibility of the Renter to inform the rental depot of their intention to cross a border during the period of hire.
Refuelling Charges
Cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in a service charge in addition to fuel charges.
Road Rules
Drive on the right-hand side of the road, maximum speed is 50km/h in cities and towns and 120km/h on motorways. Seat belts are compulsory and Drink Driving law applies. Insurance is invalid if drivers exceed the legal alcohol limit.
Payment
A valid credit card only will be accepted as security in order to collect a hire vehicle. Cash or Charge card deposits will not be accepted.
Cheap Car hire in Nice - Amendments & Cancellations
A charge of £25.00GBP may apply in the event of any amendment or cancellation of any confirmed reservation.
Please Note: No refunds can be given for unused or partly used vouchers.
