Rates include unlimited mileage, Third Party Insurance, Collision & Theft Waiver Insurance, VAT@ 7.6%, Licence & Fees, Road Tax and Airport Surcharges.

An additional charge of 50 Swiss Francs + Tax will apply for pick up's outside the depots normal operating hours. This charge is made for a Europcar representative to meet a client after hours and can only be made on a request basis.

A mandatory charge of 3.90 Swiss Francs per day (max 39 CHF) + tax is applicable between 1st December and Easter Monday, for Winter Tyres.

In the event of collision occurring with another vehicle during the period of hire, the following Insurance Excess will apply.

All car groups - 500 Swiss Francs +Tax (Excess)

In the event of a theft of the hire vehicle during the period of hire, the Collision Excess will apply.

Drivers must be aged at least 20 years old.

Drivers 20 - 25 years of age = 10 Swiss Francs +Tax per day. (Max 180 Swiss Francs per rental)

All drivers must hold a valid National driving licence and have done do for at least one full year prior to a rental. An international driving licence is not required, but is recommended.

Delivery and collection service is not available.

Baby seats - 40 Swiss Francs per Rental + Tax.
Infant seats - 40 Swiss Francs per Rental + Tax.
Magnetic Ski Racks - 40 Swiss Francs per Rental + Tax.

Additional drivers are charged locally at 8 Swiss Francs per Day +Tax each.

International one way rentals are not permitted.
Domestic one way rentals are free of charge within Switzerland with two exceptions. Rentals to and from St. Moritz & Davos - 100 Swiss Francs.

Cars may be allowed into Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal & Italy. It is the responsibility of the Renter to inform the rental depot of their intention to cross a border during the period of hire.

Cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in a service charge in addition to fuel charges.

Drive on the right-hand side of the road, maximum speed is 50km/h in cities and towns and 120km/h on motorways. Seat belts are compulsory and Drink Driving law applies. Insurance is invalid if drivers exceed the legal alcohol limit.

A valid credit card only will be accepted as security in order to collect a hire vehicle. Cash or Charge card deposits will not be accepted.

A charge of £25.00GBP may apply in the event of any amendment or cancellation of any confirmed reservation.
