An additional charge of 24.94 Euros + Tax will apply for pick up's outside the depots normal operating hours. This charge is made for a Europcar representative to meet a client after hours and can only be made on a request basis.

In the event of a collision or theft occurring during the period of hire, the following Insurance Excess will apply.

A client has the option to cover the insurance excess locally by taking out Europcar’s Super CDW insurance. Rate available at rental desk.

In the event of a collision or theft occurring during the period of hire, the following Insurance Excess will apply.

Car groups Economy – Intermediate Vehicles - Minimum 21 years old.

1.25 Euros +Tax per day charge for 21 – 24 years old.

Standard \ Full-size Van Vehicles - Minimum 25 years old.

All drivers must hold a valid National driving licence and have done do for at least one full year prior to a rental. (Two years for Full-size & 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles) An international driving licence is not required, but is recommended.

Delivery and collection of a vehicle is available on a request basis. A fee of 9.98 Euros + tax each way is charged locally for delivery within city limits and within office hours. Outside of office hours is charged at 24.94 Euros + tax.

International one way rentals are not permitted.

Domestic one way rentals charged locally between 67 – 100 Euros +Tax.

Cars may be allowed into certain other countries. It is the responsibility of the Renter to inform the rental depot of their intention to cross a border during the period of hire.

Cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in a service charge in addition to fuel charges.

Drive on the right-hand side of the road, maximum speed is 50km/h in cities and towns and 120km/h on motorways. Seat belts are compulsory and Drink Driving law applies. Insurance is invalid if drivers exceed the legal alcohol limit.

A valid credit card only will be accepted as security in order to collect a hire vehicle. Cash or Charge card deposits will not be accepted.

A charge of £25.00GBP may apply in the event of any amendment or cancellation of any confirmed reservation.
