Rates include unlimited mileage, Third Party Insurance, Collision Damage & Theft Insurance, VAT@ 17.5%, License & Fees, Road Tax and Airport Surcharges.

An additional charge of £40 + Tax will apply for pick up's outside the depots normal operating hours. This charge is made for a Europcar representative to meet a client after hours and can only be made on a request basis.

Collision Damage & Theft Waiver
In the event of collision or theft of the vehicle during the period of hire, the following Insurance Excess will apply.

Economy to Full size £588 GBP
Premium & Luxury £940 GBP

!! Insurance is invalid if drivers exceed the legal alcohol limit !!!

Please Note - Drivers may take out additional insurance when collecting the vehicle that will reduce the collision damage excess to £100, including damage to tyres and windscreens. Approx £7.50 per day.

All drivers must hold a valid National driving licence and have done so for at least one full year prior to a rental. An international driving licence is not required, but is recommended.

All drivers aged 23 and 24 will be liable for a £3.50 + VAT per day surcharge.

24-hour breakdown service is included in our rates.

Baby Seats
£20 per Rental +Tax.

£20 Rental +Tax.

Note! - Special equipment is on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed!

A £35 deposit may be required.

Additional drivers are charged locally at £3.50 per day +VAT each.

A maximum of 2 additional drivers are permitted.

International one way rentals are not permitted.

Domestic one way rentals are subject to an additional £5 +VAT charge per rental.

Cars may be allowed into certain other countries. Driving into Eastern Block countries is NOT permitted. It is the responsibility of the Renter to inform the rental depot of their intention to cross a border during the period of hire.

VW, Audi, Mercedes & BMW cars are not permitted to travel into Italy

Cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in a service charge in addition to fuel charges.

A valid credit card only will be accepted as security in order to collect a hire vehicle. Cash or Charge card deposits will not be accepted.

A charge of £25.00GBP may apply in the event of any amendment or cancellation of any confirmed reservation.
